Due to persistent technical issues we’ve been experiencing this week, we have made the decision to close on Friday, as opposed to the originally planned Saturday and Monday for Memorial Day weekend. We hope that corporate will have all of these issues resolved and we will be able to resume operations on Tuesday, May 26.
We acknowledge the inconvenience this has caused and appreciate the understanding of our valued customers and business associates.

We are still only accepting packages with prepaid labels today, and we are unable to provide you with a receipt

We realize how much of an inconvenience this is to everybody and appreciate the support that has been shown at this time of technical issues.

We will be open today to receive prepaid package drop offs. We will not be able to provide a receipt or process packages without a current shipping label.  We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause anybody and we do appreciate your understanding in this dilemma.
