I opened all 3 structures while there under the ownership of a fantastic Christan Man who approached me for that need!

Also located at The Black Buggy.
Very Successful Years!!

I have someone interested in the property on I69 Exit 76 with the same concept 😁
Wouldn’t that be fun & so needed for All that traffic from Indy to Evansville that will continue to extend?

I love Sarasota as it’s so much like home but with

giving all of us that beautiful gulf coast!!
