The Dictator wants all these small businesses to shut down and not get any financial support! Employees can't get through to unemployment and the PPP and other programs are completely broken and only favor the well connected. If the state didn't hold up it's end when we were initially shut down in March, why would we get burned again by shutting down?

Unpaid or delayed unemployment benefit payments leave many without financial support six months after Illinois' stay-at-home order took effect.
