Romanticizing my night with blueberry latte candle- these are unreal! So glad to have gotten one from the farmers market at The Shipyard last night. The perfect setting for coming up with a book at the end of the night, already can’t wait for my next one!

It’s farmers Market (butterfly) Season! .jersey.pres kicked off the first market of the season with almost FOURTY to go! Multiple vendors sold out- including Creeks Edge Food Truck with his bulletproof Mac & Cheese topped with brisket and BBQ sauce that’ll knock your socks off, sold out WELL before close and so did our micro green farmer, Johnson’s farm, and our gluten free cookies and brownie baker ! I’m so proud of what we built together in less than 2 months!! If you see a need in your community- FILL IT! Local change is what builds strong communities!!

This Easter I was blessed to decorate the cross at my church. I was filled with so much joy and excitement to be able to give back a little bit to a family that has given me so much over the past few year. To do so on the holiest day of the year moved me to tears multiple times during the installation and design process. Remembering that what we’re celebrating is a God who lives, a God who saves, a God who concurred the grave for the forgiveness of our sins- it was not lost on me while I was up there.
