Hot off the brittle table, with a dose of smoked Chipotle Chili peppers: Chipotle Chili Pecan Brittle

If Jalapeño Peanut Brittle is medium heat, Chipotle is going to be a touch more hot. The burn is somewhat similar to a spicy red hot candy.
