Over 160 dog breeds available as well as cats, horses, flowers, birds and holiday items. I remember as a kid I used to draw on any piece of paper that was laying around. My favorite little doodle was a little bunny with a floppy ear. He was peaking around his ear as if he’s to shy to see the world without it there. In a way, he was a lot like me. From that little bunny I would then try my hand at
all different forms of art. From pencil to crayon and even calk drawings. I would finally settle on painting when I was 11 years old. In high school I continued with art classes but was never really happy with the mediums. Something just seemed to be missing. My junior year was the first year they offered a stained glass course. I jumped at the chance to take it. Something different! I fell in love with it the moment I broke my first piece of glass. By the end of that year I was designing my own patterns. I started my business just after high school. My dog, Leben, was my inspiration to create my dog breeds in stained glass. I wanted to see if I could make her little face for the window, and so it began. Even though she passed away in October of 2016, at the age of 15, she still continues to inspire me daily. Another inspiration of mine, my Dad. On October of 2009 he would loose his fight with Leukemia and I would lose not only my father, but the one person that truly understood my passion for art. Many of my designs since have been inspired by him and will continue to be for many years to come. My most treasured design came from the loss of my Dad, The Angelic Feathers Wind Chime. I wouldn’t design it until 2017 when I was finally ready to let him go. You can still purchase it on my Etsy shop today. Each time I make it I feel close to my day. My favorite thing, and most challenging is custom work. There is no project to small or large and each one I give my undivided attention to. I want my customers to be 100% happy with the final piece of art work. You are part of my process the whole way. From 9” suncatchers to 18” panels, and even large windows (made to hang in front of your existing window as these are made with foil not lead. They are not air tight). I was given the opportunity to design and make trophies for the Schipperke Nationals in March of 2015. This paved the way for The Alaskan Malamute Nationals of the same year. I’ve since made Trophies for The Kerry Blue Terrier Specialties (2019) and the Schipperke Nationals in 2019 and 2020. I look forward to making many more! What can I make for you?
