F22 Heliarc welded from AMS 4951, commercially pure grade titanium, weld wire in an inert argon atmosphere (1999).

I made this one day just for the heck of it, most of it is riveted pieces onto the body, with the broken and stitched back together heart made from copper sheet and small copper strips welded to simulate the stitches of a mended heart.

One of my first titanium detailed model planes, a Navy carrier based WWll airplane modeled after the F-4U Corsair. It is powered by a Pratt & Whitney Twin Wasp Radial engine. This plane was primarily an aircraft carrier based plane and distinguished by the "gull wings" that could be folded so more could be inventoried on an aircraft carrier. Details include wing-tip guns, cockpit, antenna and 4-blade propeller. It is completely welded from titanium weld wire mounted on a titanium slice of round bar. Everything was welded in an inert atmosphere tank of purging argon gas. This gives it its mirror finish, otherwise it would be a dull gray color. I made 2 of these planes, the first I gave to my parents, this is the second one I made.

Something I made from scrap pieces I had lying around, a kindling chopper. I got the idea from "Pinterest". I have since added a handle to the head of the splitting awe.

One of my first and earliest creations, an F-15 Eagle powered by twin F-100-PW220 Pratt & Whitney engines. It is constructed completely of titanium weld wire mounted on a solid titanium end cap with titanium lettering that reads "TOP GUN"

Another scale model of an F-16 Fighting Falcon jet. Details include sidewinder missiles on the wingtips, air intake and F-100 afterburner nozzle. It is made completely of aluminum weld wire mounted on a half piece of aluminum round bar.

Here is one of my latest creations, a scale model of a British Royal Air-force plane, the Allis-Chalmers 12-cylinder powered Spitfire fighter plane. It is made completely of aluminum weld wire. Details include wing guns, antenna, air intake scoops, exhaust pipes and 5-blade propeller. It has British insignia on the wings and sides of the plane.

I made this titanium F-22 Raptor when I worked at the Pratt & Whitney plant in Florida, before I moved to CT in 1999. P&W was developing the engines for this plane. At that time there were only two F-22s in existence as it too was in experimental test stages at that time.
