HVAC TECHNICIAN & INSTALLER (Omaha and Surrounding Area)
Job title: Residential HVAC Service Technician and Installers
Pay $20 - $35 per hour depending on qualifications
Residential HVAC Service Technician, $1000 Sign on Bonus after 6 months (Omaha)
Work: Monday - Friday & One Saturday 1/2 day a month during peak season only!
Compensation: Paid holidays, Paid Vacation, Simple IRA company match up to 3%
Health: Health Reimbursements up to $200
Your own company vehicle.
Employment type: Full-Time
Technician Requirements include:
2 years in HVAC service Journeyman a plus
Valid Driver's License with no major traffic violations, suspensions, or DUI's
Must pass a background check
Must have a clean driving record
Must provide some of your own basic tools
Must be open to expand your training and experience in HVAC service
Technician Responsibilities include:
Service and maintain a variety of HVAC systems in residential Homes
Providing and presenting repair options and solutions to our Elite customers
Having a sales minded attitude while working with our customers
Having a team first mentality in assisting and coaching other Elite HVAC Technicians
Having a "Can Do" attitude towards our company goals and our customers' satisfaction

The topic for the day is dirty filters.
It is very important to change your filter monthly. Your furnace prefers the non pleated filters. Less restrictive filter means better air flow for your furnace. The filter caused over $700 in damages to the furnace. It over heated the motor and melted some wires. Heat caused by lack of air flow because of this dirty filter did over $700 in damages to the furnace. It over heated the motor and melted wires!! Please change your filter every month to keep your furnace and your wallet happy!!
