🩷Meet the maker🩷

Hi, friend! Thank you so much for being here! My name is Hannah, and I am the hands behind Hook and Bloom Co.

I am a wife, mama, and crafter to the core, running two small businesses in addition to a full time gig. I opened Hook and Bloom Co. in 2025 to honor my late grandmother who instilled the craft of crochet in my soul very early on in life. It brings me so much joy turning strands of thread into tiny heirlooms that can be passed down from generation to generation.

🧶 Some fun facts about me 🧶

-My husband is my high school sweetheart! We’ve been together since I was a junior in high school-we’ll be celebrating 17 years of marriage this June.
-My first small business, Mini and Moo’s Cookie Co. is named after my two kiddos, Sophia and Molly. It’s an ode to their childhood nicknames 🩷
-My degree is in Nuclear Medicine and Molecular imaging, so naturally, science is my JAM. 🧬
-My business and social pages are a safe space for ALL 🫶🏻
-I am an elder millennial through and through, and consider myself a non-traditional mama. I run on caffeine, rock music, tattoos, piercings, and colorful language (I’m also an Aries 🔥).

I’m so excited to see what the future holds for my business and would love to hear some of the items you’d love to see in my shop. I’d also love to know if we share anything in common in the comments below!
