It’s hard to believe the summer is almost over & back-to-school activities will soon fill the schedule! You’re invited to join Charla Lorenzen & myself at Lorenzen Studios this Saturday from 3-4:15pm for some restorative yoga and sound as we get ready for the end of summer routines.

Coping with my grief from the loss of our sweet girl, Chloe. As many of you know, having to let go of your fur baby is the hardest thing about being a pet parent & even harder when you weren't expecting it.

While sound therapy does not take the pain away or make her loss any less, it is helping release the knot in my stomach, letting my shoulders drop & helping reset my nervous system so I can process all these emotions.

This is a great opportunity to experience both healing modalities. You don't need to be a patient to attend. Simply stop in ANYTIME between 1:15-2:30pm and listen to the calming tranquil sounds of my harmonic instruments while you wait.

Needles not your thing?? No worries! She also offers Ear Seeds as an alternative AND you still get to enjoy the relaxing therapeutic sounds. We look forward to serving you. ✨️

Join me Tuesday August 18th anytime between 1:15pm-2:30pm for another Community Acupuncture & Sound event at Acupuncture and Integrative Health, LLC.

We had such a wonderful response, we wanted to offer it again. This is a great way to experience both healing modalities. I will be playing relaxing tranquil sounds during Community Acupuncture while Dr. Kari works her magic.

This service is open to everyone. You do not need to be a patient. Needles aren’t your thing? No worries! She also offers ear seeds as an alternative AND you still get to sit and enjoy the peaceful sounds of my harmonic instruments. 🎶☺️✨

Feel free to drop in anytime from 1:15pm or before 2:30pm. For more information you can go to karilabagh.acu website. Just an FYI registration isn’t required but helps get the “paperwork” done ahead of time, giving you more time to relax. We look forward to seeing you.

Sending out so much LOVE & gratitude to this commUNITY!! We had a wonderful time sharing our energy healing gifts with each other yesterday, during our Reiki Energy Share.

We were privileged to have Cheryl Phyillaier join us & share her magic healing touch, Access Bars, with us. It was absolutely incredible!! I highly recommend setting up a session with her!

For those that weren't able to make it yesterday, no worries. We will definitely be doing it again!
