Helmet fit is one of those things that seems simple but makes a huge difference. 🪖👦

A properly fitted helmet should sit level on the head, about two finger widths above the eyebrows, with straps that form a V just below each ear and a buckle snug under the chin. A helmet that tips back or wobbles around is not doing its job.

With kids especially, it's worth checking the fit every season since they grow faster than you'd expect. 😅

✅ Engine coolant level, heat is still very real out there
✅ Wiper blades, late summer storms pop up fast
✅ Battery health, heat is the number one battery killer

Did you know extreme summer heat can cause your tire pressure to spike by 4 to 6 PSI or more on long highway drives? 🌡️🛞

That's especially important if you're loaded up for a road trip. Overinflated tires on a packed vehicle reduce traction right when you need it most. Check your pressure before you leave and again after your first hour on the road. 🚗

There's nothing like watching kids discover the freedom of riding on their own. One thing worth knowing before buying a kids' bike: fit matters more than most parents realize.

A bike that's too big is actually harder and less safe to ride than one that fits properly. Come in this month and we'll size them up correctly so they can focus on the fun part. 🥳
