The Book Nook is getting a deep cleaning and some organizing. I’ve been moving things around and alphabetizing within genres. It’s a slow progress but hope to be done next week.

While we are closed today, I wanted to take a moment and introduce who we are 😊 I will be introducing you to all of our dealers in the following weeks as well, and showing you just who it is bringing you the hottest in antiques and vintage items in Auglaize County 😁
Hi friends, we’re Mitch and Angie — the faces and inspiration behind Moon City Modern Antique and Vintage!
We’re proud to call Wapakoneta our home, where we’re raising our busy and blessed family. Angie is a Registered Nurse who works in the hospice field, dedicating her career to caring for others with compassion and kindness. I’m a former professional truck driver who found a true passion in antiques and vintage treasures nearly fifteen years ago, and I’ve been immersed in the antique industry ever since. We've been absolutely excited to move our business from West Liberty Ohio (where I had a store for 9+ years) closer to our home here in Wapakoneta.
When we’re not hunting for unique finds or helping customers discover pieces they love, we’re spending time with our family. We have two doodles that keep life entertaining, a graduating senior, our energetic 9-year-old, and an older daughter who is married and has blessed us with a wonderful little grandchild who’s going to be four years old.
We truly appreciate every person who supports our small business. Whether you’re stopping in to browse, sharing our posts, or simply saying hello, you’re part of what makes this journey so special to us. Thank you for being here and joining us on this endeavor!
