This year, we planted a variety of new peppers and were pleasantly surprised by how abundant our Korean pepper plant has been. Just one plant has produced so much already, and we’re excited to see what the other nine plants will give us!
We’ve harvested about 15–20 pounds of cherry tomatoes, enjoyed a nonstop supply of fresh herbs 🌿, and expanded our garden to include a variety of mushrooms that we’ll be growing next year, along with several new plants.
Even more exciting, our fig trees and Japanese persimmon trees are fruiting for the very first time! 🍃🍅🌶️🍑
These may seem like little things, but there’s something incredibly rewarding about watching a tiny seed grow into something that provides beauty, nourishment, and joy. Seeing the fruits of your labor and reaping what you’ve sown reminds you to slow down, appreciate the process, and celebrate the small victories along the way. 💚
