Happy Sunday, y'all!! This verse spoke to me and I had to share. The past few years have been trying for me health wise. One thing I've learned is if I dwell on my own trials, I can easily become anxious and depressed; however, if I focus outside of myself on others and on Jesus, I get thru things much easier! Whatever you may be going thru, give a try to helping someone else. A text or phone call, a card, or prayers, even a kind word to a stranger, whatever you feel led and able to do. God's word promises you will be refreshed!

Happy Fri-yay, y'all!! Here's a reminder that God is love, and He loves you! It has almost become a cliche because we don't understand the meaning of Biblical love. The Greek word for love, "agape", is a VERB, not an emotion or sexual feeling like in today's culture. It is a sacrifice, an action...it is often an unnatural conscious decision not based upon feelings but because we want to be more like Jesus, who was the epitome of agape! So today, make a point to choose love. Practice love. Walk in love.
