To order an item, please send us a message or simply comment on the item.
When placing an order please include item, color, font, size {for decals/HTV}, type of personalization {ex-name or monogram *please list monogram as "first, LAST, middle"}, and email address for invoice {managed via PayPal and allows secure payment via credit card, debit card, or with a PayPal account. A PayPal account is not necessary. We also accept Venmo (). If it is not a custom made item, we will accept cash on pickup.
Please ensure the shipping address provided on PayPal is current and is the desired location of the item being shipped. If using Venmo please notify me of the shipping address. Also let me know if local pickup if preferred. Shipping costs are calculated from Elberton, GA (zip 30635). Tracking is required on ALL packages. L&B will NOT be held accountable for any lost or damaged goods once it leaves us. Customers are responsible for providing an address that can/will accept a package. If there are any issues with delivery (incorrect address, post office is unable to locate, etc) we are not responsible for that item being lost, stuck at the local post office, or returned to us. If an item is returned and needs to be reshipped, we do not cover the additional postage. We also offer local pickup here in Elberton, GA.
Due to the nature of our work, we do not accept returns unless a mistake is made on OUR part. For example, the wrong name is put on a sign. Please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your purchase. We will be happy to replace the item(s). We also can not be held accountable for any vinyl (651 or HTV) that does not adhere to your item. Please ensure you follow directions provided with decals.
All items are personalized with premium 6 year vinyl Oracal 651. All vinyl decals are strong, but can wear over time if not properly handled. Please follow care instructions provided with your items. For all drinkware & glassware, wash before use. Always HAND WASH. Do not put in dishwasher even if your item is dishwasher safe. Be careful with cup holders. If it is too tight around your drinkware, it can cause wear on your vinyl. An alternative option would be to put a paper towel over the cup when using a tight cup holder. For heat transfer vinyl (HTV) the buyer is responsible for applying the decal with instructions provided. We are not responsible for any damages that occur during the iron on process to the decal/person/belongings.
All wood hanger signs are made from a high quality pine. Each wood sign will vary slightly from the pictures, as it is real wood. You may see imperfections, knots and crevices. Also note the same stain, paint, ribbon etc may be used but every piece will be custom and unique due to using real wood.
Signs are recommended for indoor use for longest quality. For outdoor use, we recommend a covered porch. Directly sunlight will eventually age your sign. Please know we use the highest quality wood, paint, vinyl and sealant but fading will eventually occur.
Current turnaround time after a paid invoice is seven business days (but on average usually less). We offer rush orders for an additional price depending on item.
