Responsibility and Lack Thereof
By John Lawman
I keep hearing Biden and other Democraps, accusinng President Trump for refusing to take responsibility for what is happening in the country.
I wont go into all the positive things the President has done for this country, but to all except those who refuse to see, such things are plainly clear and obvious.
Much of the complaining lately however, has been in reference to this Corona virus. I would have loved to see what actions Joe Biden, Hillary Clinton, or Bernie Sanders would have taken if one of them were in the Hot Seat at the time. Its been said many times, it's easy to play "arm-chair quarterback" but put yourself n the game. Then tell us what YOU would do? Until then, SHUT-UP!!
Everyone says the President should have acted faster. Lets be clear. Until the beginning of January the Dems did not care about the Corona virus, which was rampant in China by then. Instead, they were too busy wrapping up the President in impeachment proceedings, and tying his hands. Of course the other side is the fact, that China kept important information about the virus away from the rest of the world, so it was difficult to know what to do. So when President Trump finally shut down travel between China and the USA, Democraps all called him WHAT???? A racist of course!
In the past, prior to President Trump, The United States and the world has seen epidemics/pandemics for SARS, MERS, Bird Flu, Swine Flu, and Ebola. All except for Ebola, are a Corona type virus! Keeping that in mind, scientists have all been saying the big one is coming in reference to viral pandemics. Is COVID-19 the BIG ONE? Who knows, but the fact is Congresses and Administrations prior to now, did NOTHING to prepare for such an eventuality! The fact that COVID-19 has taken such a toll on our country is testament to that fact.
Yet Democraps, many of whom were in office during those other epidemics, and who failed to put some kind of infrastructure, preparations and plans into place to combat such an event, are now all pointing a finger at President Trump for not acting fast enough, and not taking responsibility.
Under the circumstances of which President Trump found himself, YES, he acted very quickly indeed. Many of the decisions that he made, if had not been made, would have seen this country in a far worse place than it is right now, Think 1918 Flu pandemic. While you are at it, compare Philadelphia then, to New York City now. Anyway, the politicians who acted irresponsibly are the ones who were in office during previous epidemics/pandemics, who could have put into place, a long time ago, some kind of infrastructure to defend against what is happening now. The responsibility for not being prepared and able to better protect We the People from COVID-19 lies squarely in THEIR laps....
