Yo! I’m beyond grateful for all the love and support leading up to our release tomorrow- we’ve been burning the candle at all three ends with press/rehearsals/etc - I took a break from it all to recharge my batteries at El Pasoans Fighting Hunger this morning. It definitely puts things in perspective and feels so good to interact with my community- it’s so easy to consume music these days without spending money, and I’m fine with that- but if you stream our record and it hits you in the right places maybe be you could send a couple bucks towards - they are struggling like so many not for profits are and they do incredible work- thanks for reading this. Our friend John Convertino, drummer for Calexico, popped in today for one last Literarity visit and to pick up a few summer reads. He also signed our stash of the 20th anniversary (2018) vinyl pressing of Calexico’s album The Black Light.
