On March 29, 2019, The US District Court for the southern district of California held that CA Penal code 32310, which banned “Large capacity” magazines, was UNCONSTITUTIONAL and enjoined (“banned”) enforcement of that code. (Duncan V. Becerra, Case No.: 3:17-CV-1017-BEN (JLB))

As a result of this court order Stars and Stripes surplus will exercise our rights to the fullest, and invite you to do the same.

US Military Surplus 30rd “AR15” magazines will be sold in our store, while supplies last, as of Monday, April First (this is not a joke).

Limited to stock on hand. Sale will end immediately if the legal decision is stayed or overturned.
