⭐️ She skipped Amazon and trusted us, instead! ⭐️
This young lady and her mom stopped in right after we reopened. She had found a dress she loved on Amazon but didn’t want to order online because you never know what you’re gonna get! I didn’t have one similar in stock but knew I had seen one through one of my wholesale accounts. I found it while she was there and she was willing to wait for me to get it in for her. It arrived yesterday and she came in for it immediately and she LOVED it! Yayyy!!
I know my fellow small business owners will love this story.

My friend, Chelsea, let me know she was patiently awaiting a Nina try on session. I can’t believe I hadn’t tried any on yet 😳 She specifically requested polka dots but the only one I had left is a size 0 and that won’t even come close to fitting 🤣 But you know I love ruffles and I 100% support the 🎀 trend! ❤️
And….because I know we’re thinking it. Cutouts. It feels…wrong?….too revealing? Yeah, I know. But 3 things crossed my mind when it came down to it. #1. It’s far less revealing than a bathing suit. #2. I see lots more bare midriffs out there than what you can see with this. And #3, the biggest thing to me, confidence. If someone feels good enough about themselves to show their belly, who am I to judge? I know I am only “kind of” comfortable with it and even hesitated just now to share this picture and I am 46 years old. Then again, I’m probably “too old” for it 🤣🤣🤣 But hey, I am pulling it off. Lol
I know there will be varying opinions out there. But we’re all about lifting girls up at The Dress Shop and giving them what they want to feel beautiful ❤️

❤️ THEY CAME BACK ❤️
These VIP’s came in with friends one day last week and had a great time. They didn’t decide on a dress while they were in and continued their journey to misery in GR (that’s basically what I heard mom say about dress shopping at the mall). She told me that my shop was the best one they had gone to all day 😍
Knowing that school starts soon and they will be very busy, mom REALLY wanted to find her daughter’s homecoming dress ASAP (so smart). She saw my post yesterday and came on back. I am happy to report that not only did they get a dress, they got shoes and jewelry to go with it and now they can officially check dress shopping off their to-do list ✅ YAY!
Fun fact #1 - the dress they got was one we had last week but didn’t try yet. Fun fact #2 - I suggested the dress. Go me! 🤩
I’m so glad they came back! Not only did they get their dress shopping done before life gets too crazy, I got a warm fuzzy by hearing their experience with us was so much better than in GR and I got to play a pretty big role in finding “the one”. Win X 3!
