The infinite nature of Brahman and the infinite nature of the electromagnetic spectrum of light can be explained as part of the same thing explained in different ways.
With the Electromagnetic field being part of a universal process with charge being an innate part of all matter.

By framing light not just as "illumination" but as the physical interactive field, we can give a scientific mechanism to the Vedic claim that "Brahman is universal and shines within all."

The idea that "Non-duality" isn't just a spiritual feeling; it's a physical fact of one universal process of energy exchange.

Within this process each "Atman" or Individual Self is a unique temporal reference frame anchored in the same universal field.

We are all in the centre of our own reference frame in ‘the moment of now’ as an uncertain future comes into existence quantum by quantum, moment by moment.

The concept of Maya arises out of the geometry of this process. Light radiates out spherically in every direction. The interior of the sphere naturally forms three dimensional space. The two dimensional surface form a manifold for the holographic principle.

This forms a manifold for "Maya" our ever changing World of measurement and time.

Our probabilistic future unfolds upon the curvature of this manifold with a photon electron interaction between each cause and effect, each action and reaction.

The continuous absorption and emission of light can represent a breathing living Universe. We measure this process as a period of time relative to the atoms of the periodic table.

This process of spherical symmetry forming and breaking gives us our imperfect world with the potential to work toward 'perfection'.

It is formed by the universe's internal drive to restore its original symmetry. This geometrical tension forms a platform for Darwin’s theory of evolution.

Each individual part of the broken symmetry has a holographic image of the whole. This forms the concept Brahmin with each part having a unity with the whole as in Brahman.

We have causality unfolding upon the curvature of a two dimensional manifold with the movement of charge.

This forms curvature of spacetime where the proper time of Relativity can be found.

The outward momentum of the light forms the inward force of gravity with the geometry of the process forming the inverse square law.

In this way the concept of Karma can be linked to the concept of inertia, an object in motion will continue in motion until it encounters an external phase gradient.

This channel promotes independent research into Quantum Mechanics and the nature of reality. It is based on Scientific Realism, that Quantum Mechanics represents the physics of time with Classical Physics representing processes over a ‘period of time’ relative to the atoms of the Periodic Table as in Newton's differential equations. In this theory the mathematics of Quantum Mechanics represent the physics of time as a geometrical process linking space and time together. This geometry is based on 1/r² and the three dimensional physics of the Inverse Square Law and the spherical 4πr² geometry of Huygens’ Principle of 1670 that says:
“Every point on a light wave front has the potential for a new spherical 4πr² light wave".
Each point on the wave front can represent a new moment in time represented by a potential photon ∆E=hf electron interaction or coupling. We have a probabilistic uncertain future coming into existence photon by photon, moment by moment forming greater degrees of freedom for statistical entropy. Just as we have photon energy levels cascading down from the sun forming greater degrees of freedom for statistical entropy and the spontaneous irreversible processes of classical physics. Such as heat energy always spontaneously flowing from hot to cold and friction always changing motion into heat forming greater degrees of freedom for the complexity and diversity of cell life.

In this theory geometry of this process gives rise to the potential for basic math and evermore-abstract mathematics. It gives rise to the potential for evermore-mathematical dimensions and mathematical structures.

This geometrical process also forms the golden angle 137.5 that in the mathematics of quantum mechanics represents the Fine Structure Constant or Coupling Constant 1/137. By this dynamic geometry, the Fine Structure Constant or Coupling Constant is linked to the speed of light c, the charge of the electron e² squared, the Planck constant h/2π and the permittivity of free space K=1/4πɛ˳. Within this theory, all these constants have a geometrical aspect with the photon and electron as particles being two aspects of the same geometrical process.
The theory promoted in this channel is called Quantum Atom Theory, because the quantization of light and electron takes place with the absorption and emission relative to the atoms.

Quantum Atom Theory 2008 - 2026
This theory explains a simple three dimensional process of energy exchange that forms our ever-changing world. The Universe is a continuum with the mathematics of Quantum Mechanics representing the physics of time with Classical physics representing processes over a ‘period of time’ as in Newton’s differential equations.
We can think of the atoms of the Periodic Table as standing waves in time, with the absorption and emission of light forming the passage of time. Whenever there is an exchange of light photon energy, our three-dimensional temporal world changes slightly. When this happens Photon energy transforms potential energy PE of what might happen into the kinetic Eₖ=½mv² energy of what is actually happening.
Therefore we have light as a wave with particle characteristics as causality unfolds with an uncertain ∆×∆pᵪ≥h/4π future coming into existence moment by moment, quantum by quantum.
The geometrical aspect of this process can be based on Huygens’ Principle of 1670, that says:
“Every point on a wave front has the potential for a new spherical 4πr² wave”
Each point on the curvature of the wave front forms the potential for a new photon ∆E=hf of energy, a new oscillation or vibration as the future comes into existence. We have to square the radius r² of the sphere 4πr² because the process in unfolding on the spherical surface. Therefore we have the speed of light squared c² we have the charge of the electron squared e² and the probability wave function is squared Ψ².
In theoretical physics we have the Planck constant h representing a minimum quantity in the fabric of space and time. This is formed by the centre of the sphere being a constant, with the radius r² squared being a constant relative to the spherical surface. The 2π represents circular geometry that is formed by the spherical symmetry with a constant πr² relationship between the radius of the circle and its area.

Spherical wave geometry naturally forms the potential for quantum entanglement. A potential photon would have the same polarization or spin for the whole surface of the light sphere therefore having opposite spin on opposite sides of the sphere.

The same dynamic geometry forms the potential for the concept of spacetime curvature in Relativity. The curvature of spacetime and the distribution of energy momentum are not different things that happen to be related. They are all formed on the two dimensional curved surface with the movement of positive and negative charge.

Also the inverse square law of gravitational fields arises out of this geometry. In this theory called Quantum Atom Theory the characteristics of 3D space, time, and gravity are emergent, they arise from something more fundamental that is at its core quantum mechanical and informational. This information unfolds on a 2D manifold or boundary condition forming temporal causality.

Albert Einstein said: "Everything is vibration" But if this is true if everything is just a form of energy vibration then there should be a process where new vibrations come into existence and other ceased to exist. Also this process should be able to explain why we all have a future that is always uncertain and interactive relative to our actions with a past that is always unchangeable and only really existing as a memory in the mind of the individual.
Such a process has to be a physical continuum that is unfolding at the smallest unit of vibration energy the light quanta of quantum mechanics.
Therefore it is unfolding photon oscillation by photon oscillation forming a great dance of energy exchange with new photon oscillations continuously coming in to existence.
I believe we see and feel this process as the continuum of time itself!
Many people have said that 'time' cannot be explained as a physical process, but I disagree because all the hard work has been done, and only a new interpretation has to be put forward.
At the level of the atoms this process has been explained by quantum mechanics.
And at the level of our everyday life the photon oscillations are the carrier of the electromagnetic force with the movement of EM fields and the flow of electric charge this has been explained by Michael Faraday and others.
The interactive part of this process has been explained by the interactive geometry of Einstein's theories on relativity.
This theory is called Quantum Atom Theory or QAT. It is very simple the outward momentum of light forms the forward flow of time within each individual reference frame. At the quantum level of the atoms this will be in the form of the quantum wave particle function Ψ or probability function.
This probability function will form Heisenberg's Uncertainty Principle ∆×∆p×≥h/4π representing the same uncertainty we have with any future event within our own reference frame.
This happens because light is a wave until it comes in contact with the electrons of an atom. When it does this it will form a photon electron coupling represents a new moment in time with matter anti-matter annihilation being the process that annihilates the past.
Matter in the form of electrons are continuously interacting with light forming new probability wave function of future possibilities. Therefore we have a continuous renewing process forming the future photon by photon.
On the scale of our everyday life this will form the movement of EM fields with electrical potential representing our own future potential within our own reference frame.

We have a Universe of electrical potential of continuous creations continuously coming into existence photon by photon with the flow of EM fields within an infinite number of temporal ref-frames. This is a universal process from the largest object to the smallest creature all will create their own ref-frame. Even you as you respond to this comment your action will be relative to the electrical activity in your brain within your own created ref-frame.

This theory unites Quantum Mechanics with General Relativity by link the photon with Einstein’s idea that gravity is really an effect of space-time curvature. The curvature of space-time, a key feature of Einstein's theory of relativity, in this theory is formed by the 'spherical surface' as a process continuously emerging spheres symmetry forming and breaking.
Also the spherical geometry can gives rise to Pythagoras Theorem that is used in Einstein’s Relativity.
Einstein's General Relativity explains space-time curvature as a result of the presence of mass and energy, in this theory this is in the form of light photon ∆E=hf energy transforming potential energy into the kinetic Eₖ=½mv² energy of matter, in the form of electrons. The spherical geometry is broken by the energy and momentum of each individual planet forming elliptical orbits based on their energy and mass.
When Kepler observed the motion of the planets, he found that they move in elliptical orbits with speeds that vary relative to their distance from the Sun. As the planet moves along its path, it sweeps out an equal area segments in an equal time. Therefore, there is a form of geometrical symmetry, but the symmetry seems to be broken by the shape of the elliptical orbit and variable speed.
If a planet or an object has a circular orbit, there is no variation in planetary speed and we would have perfect symmetry in movement space and time.
In this theory this is because light waves radiate out from the Sun spherically, the potential for photon energy is spherical therefore; a planet in circular orbit will not encounter a gravitational difference. This theory proposes that the absorption of a spin-1 photon and the emission of another spin-1 photon can form the spin-2 field required for General Relativity. Two massless spin-1 photons, in the form of light, can exhibit the characteristics of a massless spin-2 boson or graviton. Therefore there is no need for a gravitational particle in the form of a graviton.
As part of an emergent process the light photon is not a property of space and time, the characteristics of three-dimensional space and time are emergent coming into existence with the exchange of photon energy. This continuous process explains why we are moving in the temporal direction at the speed of light even when we are stationary. It explains ‘Time’ temporal existence.

Phase space forms a dynamic structure for classical physics and the laws of everyday life. It is where geometry becomes motion, where dynamics becomes probability.
Phase space represents all possible states of a system, with each state corresponding to a unique point representing position and momentum.
In this theory the unique point can be traced back to Huygens principle of 1670 that says: "Every point (photon ∆E=hf) on a wave front may be considered a source of secondary spherical 4πr² wave, which spreads out in the forward direction at the speed of light".
This links the momentum of light and the momentum of phase space together as part of the same process of causality.
By explain it this way each unique point in phase space can represent a photon electron interaction forming a torus that has internal rotation forming a magnetic field and magnetic dipole moment with an internal oscillation frequency resulting in an external field of spherical waves.
This dynamic geometry forms the potential for the 1/r² of the Inverse Square law of gravitational and EM fields.
But above all this process forms ‘time’ with a photon electron interaction between every cause and effect, between every action and reaction with a probabilistic uncertain future coming into existence quantum by quantum.
By explaining quantum mechanics this way we can have classical phase space emerging out of the quantum wave particle function that is represented mathematically by Schrödinger wave-particle equation.
The wave particle duality of light and matter in the form of electrons is forming a blank canvas that atoms can interact with forming the possible into the actual.
The classical physics of Newton can represent processes over a period of time. With quantum mechanics representing the physics of time itself with a probabilistic future unfolding with each photon electron interaction.
The atoms of the periodic table form standing waves in time with the absorption and emission of light forming the passage of time.
This process is based on the Planck constant with the uncertainty of quantum mechanics forming the potential for the statistical probability of everyday life.

Why does the fine-structure constant have the value α ≈ 1/137?

This number determines the strength of electromagnetism and appears throughout atomic physics, quantum electrodynamics, and cosmology. Yet its origin remains one of the deepest mysteries in physics.

This video explores a geometric idea.

Instead of assuming the fine-structure constant from the beginning, the approach starts with spherical phase waves propagating from a central quantum loop associated with the Planck constant.

When these waves spread across a spherical surface they interfere with each other. The resulting constructive and destructive interference naturally produces a spiral pattern governed by the golden angle (≈137.5°) — a pattern that also appears widely in nature.

Physical processes such as:

• electric charge
• wave interference
• relativistic helical motion

can then introduce a small distortion in this golden-angle geometry. This distortion may correspond to the fine-structure constant and explain why its value is close to 1/137.

The model also uses conformal geometry, meaning the angular relationships remain the same at different scales. This opens interesting connections with:

• Dirac’s Large Number Hypothesis
• Mach’s Principle
• scale-free physical structures

This video presents a conceptual geometric framework that may help visualize why the fine-structure constant exists and why it changes slightly with energy scale (the “running” of α in quantum electrodynamics).

The idea is speculative, but it explores an intriguing possibility:

That fundamental constants may emerge from the geometry of phase flowing through space-time.

A Geometric Path to the Fine-Structure Constant (137)
Quantum Atom Theory (QAT), a human-originated theory by Nick Harvey, a dyslexic artist exploring the physics of time.
One of the most mysterious numbers in physics is the fine-structure constant, usually written as α.
𝛼≈1/137
This dimensionless constant governs the strength of the electromagnetic interaction. It determines how strongly light interacts with electrons, influencing atomic spectra, chemistry, and much of the structure of matter.
Physicists have long wondered whether 137 is simply a measured constant, or whether it might emerge from deeper physical principles.
Quantum Atom Theory explores the possibility that 137 arises from wave geometry and photon–electron interactions.
1. Huygens’ Principle: The Origin of Wave Geometry
The starting point is Huygens’ principle.
Every point on a wavefront acts as a source of secondary spherical wavelets.
As these wavelets propagate, they interfere with one another, forming patterns of constructive and destructive interference.
Constructive interference creates stable maxima, while destructive interference creates nodes.
These interference patterns naturally organize energy in space.
2. Constructive and Destructive Interference
When many spherical wavelets overlap, the resulting field can be written as a wave function:

Ψ=i^∑ψi
The observable structure comes from the square of the wavefunction:
∣Ψ∣^2
This represents the probability density or intensity of the field.
Where interference is constructive, stable regions of high probability appear.
These regions can be interpreted as interaction sites for photon–electron processes.
3. Photon–Electron Interaction
In Quantum Atom Theory, the electron is interpreted as a spherical interaction surface.
Photons interact with this surface through absorption and emission events.
Each interaction involves a discrete quantum of action given by Planck’s constant:

Because waves propagate around a sphere, it is often useful to work with the reduced Planck constant:
ℏ=ℎ/2𝜋
This naturally introduces 2π phase cycles, corresponding to complete rotations of wave phase.
4. Spin and 2π Phase Patches
Electrons possess spin-½, meaning their quantum state returns to its original value only after a 4π rotation.
This introduces a topological phase structure on the spherical interaction surface.
The sphere can therefore be interpreted as being composed of quantized phase patches, each associated with a fraction of the total phase budget.
These patches represent the smallest units of interaction between photons and electrons.
5. Geometrical Organization on the Sphere
When many interactions occur on a spherical surface, constructive interference tends to produce optimal packing patterns.
In many natural systems, optimal packing on curved surfaces is associated with Fibonacci spirals and the golden angle.
These patterns distribute points evenly across a sphere while minimizing overlap and interference instability.
As the interference field evolves, stable maxima appear across the spherical surface.
6. Counting Stable Interaction Cells
If the total phase budget of the sphere is approximately 4π, and the surface organizes itself into stable interference cells, then each cell corresponds to a fraction of the total phase.
If the number of stable cells is N, then each cell carries a phase:
Δϕ=4𝜋/𝑁
The strength of the interaction between photons and electrons is therefore related to this phase fraction.
This leads to a simple relation:
𝛼=1/𝑁
If the interference pattern stabilizes at N ≈ 137, the fine-structure constant emerges naturally:
𝛼≈1/137
7. Why the Constant “Runs”
Experiments show that the fine-structure constant changes slightly with energy.
At higher energies, the effective value of α increases.
In this geometric interpretation, increasing energy changes the scale of the interference pattern.
Shorter wavelengths allow the sphere to support more phase cells, slightly increasing N.
This modifies the effective interaction strength, producing the running of α observed in quantum electrodynamics.
8. A Geometric Interpretation of Electromagnetism
From this perspective, the fine-structure constant may not be an arbitrary number.
Instead, it could emerge from:
• Huygens wave propagation
• Interference geometry
• Photon–electron interactions
• Planck phase quantization
• Spin topology
• Optimal packing on a spherical manifold
Together these processes may produce a stable interference structure containing approximately 137 interaction cells.
Conclusion
The fine-structure constant has puzzled physicists for over a century.
Quantum Atom Theory suggests that the number 137 may arise from the geometry of light interacting with electrons, where wave interference and phase quantization create stable structures on a spherical surface.
If this interpretation is correct, the constant α would not be arbitrary at all.
It would be a geometric property of the way light and matter interact in time.

'a' Fine Structure Constant formulated Geometrically 28/02/2026
Conceptual Picture in Quantum Atom Theory (QAT)

Sphere → manifold of causal interactions

Attached circle → local phase fiber

Photon–electron interactions → move phase along fibers

Curvature → EM field strength 𝐹𝜇𝜈

Flux over sphere → quantized charge 𝑒

Central action → Planck constant ℏ

Dimensionless ratio → Fine-Structure Constant 𝛼=𝑒²/ℏ𝑐

Everything fits together geometrically and physically.

Optional: Where Wavefunction Collapse Fits

Collapse does not destroy the fiber structure.

It just selects a local phase configuration along the measurement axis.

Conserved flux remains intact.

Topology ensures charge cannot vanish.

This preserves physical consistency.

Critical Takeaway

The spherical manifold + U(1) fiber bundle is exactly the bridge from QAT geometry to real EM physics:

Local phase → enforces gauge symmetry

Curvature → produces EM fields

Quantized flux → produces discrete charge

Central action → sets ℏ

Ratio → dimensionless α Fine Structure Constant

This is a mathematically consistent pathway to derive α geometrically from photon–electron interactions on the spherical manifold.

Is Magnetism part of an emergence process?
A stationary charge produces a radial electric field. Its phase structure has perfect spherical symmetry. Nothing circulates. No magnetism appears.
When the charge moves, that symmetry is broken by relative motion. The underlying phase structure becomes deformed, the phase geometry, compresses in the direction of motion and creates a transverse circulation.
In this theory, that circulation is what we observe as a magnetic field.
This is why magnetism depends on velocity, disappears in the charge’s rest frame, and doesn’t cause radiation during uniform motion. Magnetism isn’t fundamental, it emerges as a consequence of how phase evolves when charge moves.
Maxwell’s equations still describe how electromagnetic fields behave, and relativity still governs how they transform between observers. Quantum Atom Theory does not replace these frameworks; it reframes their physical meaning.

A stationary charge produces a radial electric field. Its phase structure has perfect spherical symmetry. Nothing circulates. No magnetism appears. When the c...
