Wow, just WOW! Now that the final discounts for the Store Closing Sale have come out, we have seen an enormous increase in orders and in-store shopping as we finish clearing out the retail location before closing.

This is something I'm going to miss about having a retail location - customers coming in and showing off their beautiful makes using our yarn!

Check out this elegant shawl made with a custom colorway held together with our kid silk mohair. It was so gorgeous and felt soft and fluffy - everyone in the shop was gushing!

We are sad to announce that we are closing our retail location in Edmond, OK. It has been a difficult decision to make, but ultimately we believe this is the best move for the Kristy's Fiber Arts brand.

We will still maintain our online shop, and we look forward to your continued support of our small business as we deliver fine hand-dyed yarns to our maker community.

In the meantime we are offering discounts on all our products* from now until our final day (Saturday, April 26th). This week, we are offering 15% off with plans to increase the percentage each week until the last day. We've been so busy in the shop stocking all the new commercial yarns for spring, but .grigg and I have also been hard at work in the dye studio.

We're transitioning the hand-dyed portion of the shop to include both a Core Collection and what we call Kristy's Playground.

The Core Collection includes some of our most popular colorways - Sandy Beach, Starlight, Irish Wildflowers, etc. Kristy's Playground will be my opportunity to experiment with new colorways and bases in limited edition batches.

I'm LOVING working with this Araucania Coton Glisten yarn. The sparkles are for, and I can tell this Rock It Tee by is going to be perfect for spring.

If you're not a fan of the sparkles though, you can still get the Araucania Coton Kettle Dye - so many bright, saturated colors it'll make your head spin.
