Token Weekly Events Calendar for January 19th - 25th
It's cold and dreary outside, come to Token! It's warm, and we have an ARCADE!
All of our regular local events are firing this week, so why not come in to play Super Smash on Thursday! Our Pokémon Club is a great time for younger players to learn how to play the game with a Professor alongside their peers. Come in any time between 11-2 on Saturday. One Piece meets Monday AND Wednesday!
Lorwyn Draft looks like a lot of fun of Friday at 7pm! $20 entry
THE BLIND COMMANDER LEAGUE BEGINS SUNDAY!! $75 entry includes a random precon (from Lorwyn, LCI, EoE, Tarkir:Dragonstorm, and Final Fantasy), basic sleeves in whatever color you choose, a Commander Legends Booster Pack, and an 800 ct BCW (white card box) to leave your league deck in at the store. You must label your box with your name clearly.
You may buy up to 3 packs a week, practice in store, and trade unneeded cards to other league players. Top prize is $400 in store credit, Second place is $300, with prizing going to the top 8 of the 3/22 showdown. March 22nd is the only day your attendance is required. This league is an enjoyable and competitive experience in building the best deck & playing with friends. Bring a friend! If you find that you love this format and your friend would love to join, before the February 15th deadline, they can! Only $75 to get in, tickets are available. On January 25th, Entrants can select their unmarked box and begin deckbuilding.
