Oops...looks like we forgot to post that we finished our recorded breaking season. We sure had one crazy busy amazing season. Greg is working hard to pull taps and getting back into the Maple Kitchen.

We just finished a 15 gallon barrel and hit 250 gallons for the very first time. This season is turning out to be a really good season for us...we will definitely set a new season ending record.

Boiling for the last time this season. We are going to be closing the books on the 2023 season tonight. May not have been another record breaking year but it didn't turn out all that bad. Time to draw off for the last time, filter, can, and clean up one least time.
Then we will be back in the Maple Kitchen making your favorite Maple treats.
