Happy Earth Day!

Mother Nature gifted us with high winds resulting in a nearly Valley-wide power outage last night. We now have hail, rain and more wind. She is reminding us of her power and asking us to respect and protect our earth and its resources.

As the only craft distillery in the state of Utah that recycles and repurposes 100% of our chilling water and the first commercial entity to sign up for the Rocky Mountain Power Solar Subscriber Program, we are committed to doing our share to support sustainability in business practices.

This marks the 13th small-batch release of our award-winning Apple Brandy, fermented and distilled from locally-grown apples.

Each batch captures the character of last year's fall harvest and the craft behind every bottle.
