So I finally got to experience the new Enduros for myself. I have a mare that sized for regular scootboot size 2. However the heal straps would have needed to be stretched. So I decided to order the size 2 and the Enduro size 3 just out of curiosity as well as get better acquainted with them.

Enduros are only made in the slim size (more oval shaped vs. round). So I sized up to the 3 to accomodate her rounder hoof. Really did not expect them to fit. But I was wrong! Perfect fit without having to stretch anything. Went on a 1+ mile ride without the slightest hint of a rub. I'm elated!

They are a little more expensive than the regular scoots. But not having to worry about stretching the heal strap was really worth the extra money.

I normally ride barefoot but you can tell my horse is a little uncomfortable on gravel. She seemed pretty comfortable on our ride today :)

I believed these new boots were only for upright hooves or horses with high heel bulbs, but I was gladly proven wrong today. Think Scoot Boots hit this one out of the park!
