This week’s sale item:
Jumbo Chicken Wings $2.50/lb.

These are jumbo wings, split and tipped, meaning you’ll get a combination of flats and drummettes.

You can purchase them two different ways:

• Frozen & vacuum-sealed in 2–3 lb. average packages
• Fresh in 10 lb. bags

Hey folks,

This week’s sale items:
🥩 Boneless Chuck Roast – $7.00/lb. FRESH or FROZEN
🌮 Birria Base – $3.00 per cup

Who doesn’t love a traditional pot roast with potatoes and carrots? With school starting back, it’s the perfect meal for busy evenings. Just put it in the crockpot before you leave for the day, and supper will be hot and ready when you get home!

Looking for something different? Try making Birria! We all love tacos, and for many of us they’re the only Mexican dish we know how to make. Birria is incredibly easy—and absolutely delicious!

Here’s all you do:

Place the chuck roast in your crockpot.
Pour the Birria Base over the roast.
Fill the empty Birria Base cup with water and pour it into the crockpot.
Cook on HIGH for 6–8 hours.
Shred the meat with a fork.
Fill your tortillas and enjoy!

Hey folks,

🐓 WOW, what a day it was! When we started this morning, we had 150 cases of boneless, skinless chicken breast in the cooler, and by 2:00 this afternoon we were down to just 16 cases!

Thank y’all so much for the incredible support you’ve shown our cannery. I truly appreciate each and every one of you!

🐓 With only 16 boxes left, these will go very quickly in the morning. The good news is I ordered another load, and they’ll be delivered on Monday. Our Monday deliveries usually arrive between 10:00 and 11:00 AM.

🚨 CHICKEN (and any other meats) can only be canned on WEDNESDAYS.

🫐 We had a blast last week with Susie from UGA during the Blueberry Pie Filling class! Our next class will be Tomatoes and Okra. Check out the attached picture for registration details. Whether you’re brand new to canning or a seasoned veteran, I’m confident you’ll learn a lot from her!

🌽 And don’t forget, the LOCAL GROWERS MARKET starts tomorrow morning at 8:00 AM! The past few weeks our local farmers, bakers, and crafters have been bringing truckloads of fresh, homegrown vegetables and other great products.

This week’s SALE item is a GREAT one, and we’re kicking it off one day early-starting tomorrow, WEDNESDAY 7/15/2026!

🐔 FRESH BONELESS SKINLESS CHICKEN BREAST�40 lb. box – $75.00 each

This is the best price I’ve ever been able to offer, so don’t miss out!

Since WEDNESDAYS are our ONLY meat canning day, I wanted to start this sale a day early. (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday are fruit & veggie canning only.)

We expect to can a LOT of chicken tomorrow, so please keep in mind:
�⏰ Wednesday hours: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM�⏰ The last pressure canner will be started 1 hour before closing to allow enough time to cook and clean properly.
�🥫 Cans are $1.50 each.
Depending on how you pack your cans, a 40lb case of chicken will fill approximately 24 of our 28oz cans.

If you’d like to have some canned but can’t make it tomorrow, see if a friend, family member, or neighbor can bring it in for you. This is an amazing price, and I don’t want anyone to miss out!

Not interested in canning? No problem! You can take the chicken as-is, or you can vacuum seal it for just $0.30/lb.

NO HOLDS. First come, first served! We have 150 cases, and if needed, we’ll have another delivery on Monday.
