Pokemon players! We are putting up preorders for the 30th anniversary items! Call the store for information. Reminder, if you want to preorder anything and you are not a member you must stop in to the store. We will not do preorders over the phone for non-members. These will move quickly so act fast. We are putting half of our allocation up for preorder. The other half will be held for the official release date.

I think it's time to show some love to one of the breweries that's keeping our tap list looking good! And we’re starting off strong with Counter Weight Brewing Co.
If you haven't had their beers yet, now's a pretty good excuse. We at the Scarred Bard already have 3 on tap you may be familiar with:

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for last Sunday's Pre-Rift Prerelease! We had an amazing 35 players battle it out, and seeing our community fill the store made the day unforgettable.

Whether you were a seasoned veteran or queueing up for your very first event, thank you for making The Battle Standard such an awesome place to play. We love creating fun experiences for our community, and we can't wait to see you back on the Rift for the next event!

Learn to Play the New Necromunda Edition!

Join us at The Battle Standard on Sunday, August 2nd, from 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM for our monthly Necromunda Learn-to-Play & Campaign Day!

Step into the brutal Underhive and experience the brand-new edition of Warhammer 40,000: Necromunda. Be you a veteran or a newbie, this event is the perfect place to jump in. We're offering:

- Guided Learn-to-Play sessions for new players
- Community gangs, rulebooks, dice, templates, and everything you need available to reserve
- An ongoing "endless" campaign with territory battles, gang growth, and upgrades between games
- And a friendly community ready to help you learn

We'll also have the new Necromunda Core Set and other new releases available on launch day! The new Skirmish Core Set includes all-new House Escher and House Goliath miniatures, updated rules, terrain, game board, dice, templates, tokens, and everything you need to start your own gang and continue the fight at home.

Check our website (Google Sheet) to sign up, reserve a community gang, and view campaign details, house rules, and event information.

Gather your gang, claim your turf, and see if you have what it takes to survive the Underhive. We'll see you on August 2nd!
