100 Proof Sugar has been a dream of mine for a few years... I have always loved to cook / bake / create!
When I moved back home to Wisconsin and discovered the severe LACK of bourbon ball type treats, I knew I had to do something about that! So I started making more and more traditional bourbon balls and then expanding into other alcohols, not everyone loves bourbon.
I also started experimenting with ice cream and baked goods with an “adult” twist. I do plenty of “kid friendly” options also, but the primary focus (I’m from Wisconsin after all...) is alcohol!
All of my treats are homemade by myself and my husband / best friend / assistant, David. He’s also my chief taste tester.
I look forward to getting my goodies out there!

I will be making my way to a farmers market / Saturday in the square in the near future and I hope to see you there!!!
