Hey yall! Here is the shocking news! After exploring different possibilities — including turning The Heal Room into a collective collaborative — we realized the most aligned path forward is to close our physical doors.

And no matter what people say about no sad endings is lying. There’s grief and sadness yet also excitement, curiosity & some sense of relief. Rent is high, electricity is wild, and running a physical space takes a level of insanity we somehow possessed. We held on for 5 beautiful years out of deep love for what we built and the community we shared it with. Thank you all!!!! (I’m going to be thanking and being grateful and sad probably non stop for the next 3 months lol)

But now, we’re choosing sustainability — for ourselves, for our energy, and for what’s next. Our spirit will live on!! And also there’s this thing called the internet and online. We’re shifting forms and you know nothing really dies if it lives via this screen.

We’re still exploring what’s next for us. After July, we might take a pause while Ana figures out how to navigate loss, grief, and change. Please stay connected and tuned in — we’re going to be sharing so much.

Everything from our journey… to the mistakes we made… to the infamous question “where is Karen?”… to what Ana’s doing next and more. We’re really about to spill allll the tea, so you don’t want to miss it haha. Hopefully, we can help whoever wants to start a business not make the same mistakes we did.

We’re also so excited to share that we found someone who’s going to open a zero-waste refill store in PROVIDENCE, RHODE ISLAND. That’s right — the refill concept will live on, so no need to worry.

Our store will remain open every Sunday from 12–5pm until we run out of stock or until new ownership takes over the products. We’ll update you and share the tea on that too.
