Our experienced team here at Airsoft Station has always strived to provide our customers with the best possible products and services to dominate the airsoft field.

The Store Manager is responsible for the overall store management. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively.

Job Responsibilities:

Sales-related activities including customer interaction on a non-commission basis.
Supervisory role during assigned shifts as designated on company scheduling software.
Use of register and credit card machines.
Pre-approved overtime to cover storefront shifts for sick employees. Maximum of 48 pre-approved hours worked per week when notifying supervisor.
Maintaining and improving the store’s appearance and customers’ impressions.
Assist in recruiting, training, supervising, scheduling, and reviewing storefront staff.
Resolving customer complaints/escalations in a manner which is amicable to the customer while minimizing company losses.
Recommending new product lines or services based on industry and sports trends.
Leading retail department meetings and updating store staff on policy updates, sales goals, new product arrivals, etc.
Reporting sales figures and other metrics to management on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Maintaining core values and vision of the company as a public face where applicable (social media, at airsoft related events or activities, etc.).
Maintaining social media accounts for individual store
Responding to all customer inquiries over all communication platforms including google and Facebook
Response for all cash deposits per company guidelines
Create and maintain relationships with local businesses to drive the business
Valid driver’s License and reliable transportation
Any other task as deemed necessary by management

Skills & Requirements:

High school Diploma
US work authorization (Required)
1 year of retail management experience
Friendly and Positive attitude
Computer proficient
Excellent Communications Skills
