I cleaned up my knife display. It gets very dusty when the market doors are open in the summer so I'm hoping it will stay nicer longer as we head towards the winter season.

Probably looks a mess to you but to me it's a freshly cleaned sharpening station. 😏

This stand came with our house. It was too nice to throw away so it's just been bouncing around for years. I don't think we ever figured out what it was really for. But now that the legs have broken off my little Weber it finally has a good solid purpose. I sure am glad I saved that for 29 years. LOL

We have a small kitchen floor at the market that needs a coat of paint. I believe the room is about 15 x20 ft. If anybody would be interested in volunteering that would be great or if anybody would like to stop by the market and quote a price on doing it that would be great as well.

I gave up public appearances when I quit drinking because there is no good replacement for alcohol when it comes to crushing anxiety. But if you miss me saying "umm" and "exactly" way too many times on the airwaves I'm going to be on WCSB 89.3fm tomorrow at noon.

Now that we are open on Tuesday evenings for the after-work crowd Tuesdays are Bring Your Knives to Work Day. That way you can stop by the market on your way home and have me sharpen them while you shop.
