🙏 Lord, whether it’s the dawning of a new school year, a new semester, or a new day, give me excitement about the opportunity in each situation. Remind me that being a teacher means I have the chance every day to change a life. Push me to take that chance. Prompt my students to take advantage of new opportunities. Help them discern good decision making and find delight in each day. Thank you for new mercies. Thank you for school years filled with joy and the chance to do something great. In your name, amen. 🙏
