Margaret from Naperville, IL stopped in at Shepherds Wool to show us her great completed “FIRST” wool appliqué project. Her own (story) pattern, with great guidance and inspiration from our sales associate Patty. 🥳

Deadline is approaching soon for turning in your completed 2026 Challenge Pattern for the Shepherd’s Wool Exhibit. Turn in on/or before August 22nd. Exhibit will be on display 8-25 thru 9-6 at Shepherds Wool. Patterns can still be purchased at Shepherd’s Wool. Pattern can be completed using rug hooking, rug punch, punch needle, wool appliqué, stitchery or needle felting. These will be judged as “people’s choice”, prizes will be awarded.

Had a great Fiber Friday this week with Mary competing her braided rug. On Saturday had a nice group of ladies attend the Christmas in July Class with everyone working on different projects.😊
