Sometimes the difference between a day, and a great day is in the details. Creatives often get labeled as unprofessional. Maybe it’s time to, individually, look in the mirror and make necessary changes. Are you showing up on time? Are you rehearsed? Have you read that email chain that someone spent time putting together to share with your team? If you are a creative I encourage you to take things more seriously (but not too seriously). Show up early. Have your sessions setup before your client arrives. Heck, stock the fridge with their favorite beverage. The details and thoughtful sentiments go a LONG way.
