In 2024 we opened the Dyer Brook General Store for the first time since 1969 as The Rummage—purveyors of dreams, memories, & treasure in the form of antiques, vintiques, & antiquarian books.

Tomorrow is our pop up Half Off Sale from noon til 4pm!

We popped in today & snapped a few photos, it’s quite chilly. But we will get some space heaters going & hopefully it will be more comfortable by lunchtime for you! Come help us clear the shelves!

This is a great time to buy gifts for yourself or others, add to your collection or start a new one!

You might have noticed my book page wreaths in the shop. They’re so much fun to make! I’m hosting my first workshop at the library in Island Falls! Stop in to the library to sign up!

Just a reminder that we are closed for the season, but stay tuned for potential pop-up sales soon!

We just want to say THANK YOU for an amazing 2026 season here at The Rummage! We literally could not do this without your support & we are grateful for every single person who walks through the door or interacts with us on social media. You continue to make us feel like we are right where we are supposed to be 🥰

Today was our last “official” day open BUT we’ve been talking about some renovation plans that would require us to clear out most of the inventory (wouldn’t a new ceiling be nice!?!) So if we do move forward with that plan, keep an eye on our page for some upcoming pop-up sale dates!

This past spring we put a new roof on the building. We plan to continue maintenance and necessary repairs to keep the old Dyer Brook General Store standing for a long time. Every purchase made helps us achieve that purpose!

Thank you again & we look forward to next year!
