sweet, wonderful El! their last day at Omie’s today - El was the first barista I hired almost 4 years ago. she stuck with us through a lot of transition and weird phases of business, and always led the way in love and light and creativity. we have had an absolute blast together, and I’m not sure we’ve ever spent more than 5 minutes together without screaming giggling and crying. their silliness and passion and sensitivity will keep taking them far and we’re just so lucky to have gotten to have them at Omie’s all this time.
