Before opening the doors at our newest Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory in Chicago (State Street & Madison), we asked Tyson a simple question:
“What are you most excited about?”
His answer wasn’t about the chocolate. It was about the people.
He talked about seeing families walk in for the first time, kids pressing their faces to the glass to watch caramel being made, and locals finding their new favorite sweet spot in the city.
Moments like that are what make this all worth it.
