It's a peaceful community offering a lot of items made by local artisans, spiritual items, crystals, incense, candles, smudging supplies, CBD wellness products, greeting cards, books, essential oils, natural home & body care, and artwork. Yoga schedule:
Sun 10am Vinyasa
Sun 6pm Hatha Yoga
Tues 6pm Vinyasa
Wed 6pm chair yoga
Thurs

6:15pm Vinyasa
Fri 5pm Hatha Yoga
Sat 10am 50min Vinyasa Flow

$12 single class/ $60 6-class package

When is the last time you had a random visit from a monk? For me it's been a couple days since I met Govinda, from a small monastery in the Catskills. He brought incense samples and this very interesting group of books. Prices are reasonable ($13-$22) and all proceeds will go to the monastery (a non-profit).
Fascinating reading for anyone interested in delving deeper into the spirituality of the self.

We will still hold our 6pm Flow & Restore Yoga class with Ashley - if you plan to attend, give yourself extra time for parking a block or so away, or even have someone drop you off (Drinker St. will be closed from parking 2-10)
