We know many of you are excited about the recent ruling concerning NFA registration requirements—and we are too.

As a federally licensed dealer, however, we have compliance obligations that we cannot simply set aside while the details and implications of the ruling continue to develop.

At this time, the ATF has not issued formal guidance to dealers explaining how transfers without NFA registration and approval should be handled under the ruling.

We are actively working with our attorneys and compliance consultants to fully understand the ruling, ensure we remain compliant, and determine the best way to serve our customers as the situation evolves.

Once the ATF establishes a formal process that allows applicable transfers to proceed without NFA registration, we intend to follow that process.

Until then, we will continue operating under the current transfer requirements. We understand this may not be the answer everyone is hoping for right now, but we have a responsibility to ensure every transfer leaving our stores is handled properly—for your protection and ours.

We appreciate your patience and understanding. We will keep everyone informed as soon as additional formal guidance becomes available.

Thank you to everyone who could make it out to Fouled Bore this last Friday! It was a blast. I also had a blast learning the techniques of PRS shooting. I feel like I did pretty good for my first PRS event! I definitely look forward to next years event!
