Thought I would drop a picture of A TC Renegade Flintlock I bought from a friends brother before he passed. Put his initials in brass nails on stock with cross over the top.
Fifty caliber. Likes 70 grn's of FFFG in bore over round ball. I prime with same powder.
The bag, horn, knife and sheath along with smaller bags I put together aiming for an old timey look.
The knife is a fifty cent find at a flea market that I restored and fits closer to what the fur trappers and long hunters would have had.

new as time allows restoration project. This butt stock is pretty blown up but since it is for a pump 22 rimfire can be saved. Far from a rush job other shop guns to be done long before this one.

Individual First Aide Kit for the range. (IFAK)
Most all ranges today have emergency first aide kits on sight. Some have one some have them for each bay.
Here is what in my view should be carried by each person and I always have either on me or in my range bag.
Tourniquet - one large one small
Bleed stop - 2 single use packets
Chest seal - one set front and rear
Gauze squares - 2 , 6 inch
Roll gauze - 2 for wound packing
Athletic tape - one roll
Large Trauma bandage - one
This all seals up in a vacuum bag and can be dropped into your range bag or better yet kept directly on my person.
I make up my own but you can buy a premade kit

So I wanted to drop a few insights for those who will be out hiking and camping now that warm weather is here.
1- Always carry a first aide kit A.K.A. IFAK more importantly know how and when to use what is inside.
You can make your own kit up and simply vac seal it.
At a minimum 1 ace bandage, 1 roll of athletic tape, 2 tourniquets , 6 large gauze pads, Antibiotic ointment, aspirin, Tylenol, large and small band aides, bleed stop and hydrocortisone
2 - two water containers one of which is metal and can be used to boil water. A metal cup, A life straw, Cheese cloth to filter as much crud from the water as possible before boiling then drinking with the life straw.
3- three was to make fire
4- a good poncho or 8'x8' shelter tarp with tie out lines
5- a good whistle to signal with
6- map and compass
The rest is up to you
