Our Story

In the fall of 2015, Joel and Lori Baird purchased the 100 year old former Ben Franklin location in the burgeoning Lincoln Park Craft District. Over the next several months the Baird’s worked to transform the East side of this 10,000 sf. building. From humble beginnings with the partnership of a few local artisans, this space was transformed into an enchanting studio that features a wide array of locally made products as well as wonderful gifts, décor, and apparel not available in the Duluth/Superior area. Today, the Lincoln Park Craft District is nationally recognized for it’s economic rebirth and has added great award winning restaurants, brew pubs, and entertainment venues and is attracting many small retail entrepreneurs. With over 150 local Artisans, Two Loons Gallery and Boutique hosts ever-changing mix of unique Art, Gifts, Décor, and Apparel. This makes Two Loons the destination for fun and distinctive shopping in Duluth, Minnesota. Always a must-see.
