Art has the power to inspire — and this is a chance for students to make an impact.

Gwinnett County Government "Drops of Color Calendar Art Contest" encourages high school students to use their creativity to highlight the importance of protecting one of our most valuable resources: clean water.

Winning artwork will be featured in the 2027 Gwinnett Water Resources Calendar, with one outstanding submission earning the cover.

Submissions are due by Wednesday, September 30, at 4 p.m.

Intermittent lane closures will be in effect on Satellite Boulevard between Pleasant Hill Road and Market Street through August 3 as waterline improvements continue, weather permitting.
