Details on my C**t 635 clone build-
Optic is a Trijicon Reflex RX01, in a mount. I previously had this mounted on a modified USGI gooseneck mount, but this is much more streamlined, and is 1/3 cowitness, unlike my USGI mount setup. The mount is very well made, definitely recommend checking Kern Optics out.
Light is a Streamlight HLX, non railed version, with a Weaver 1" scope ring. The mount is one of the cheap barrel picatinny mounts you see all over Amazon/Ebay, since i couldnt find anything better. These seem like clones of an older mount maybe? I had to do some milling on this mount in order to fit this FSB, probably worth doing another post explaining all that.
The silver ring on the handguard is a custom collar I had machined myself. The 9mm barrel I bought, was unknowingly out of spec. The shoulder for the FSB was about 1/2" too far back, resulting in the handguard not fitting in the Delta ring. I discovered this after spending a decent amount of time installing taper pins in the FSB. I decided the best solution was to make a split ring clamp. It ended up being a decently long project, but I'm happy with how it turned out, and it's a very solid setup. I do plan on painting it.
Internally I had to tweak a few things. The bolt catch needed to tuned to work with the 9mm magazine insert. The upper needed some filing to fit the C**t mags properly. There was also an issue where it was not retaining magazines adequately. I had to machine the magazine catch in order for it to sit deeper in the magazine catch notch.
The Rear sight aperture is from an A2 sight. It's a direct swap into the A1 carry handle. Highly recommended upgrade.
