Brand Marketing Manager
The Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for the ex*****on of all marketing, advertising, promotional and public relations functions within the organization. The Brand Manager will develop and implement innovative strategies across multiple platforms to drive sales, inventory acquisition, customer growth and engagement
Essential Duties
• Evaluates the current marketing strategies in use; makes recommendations on changes needed and develops a plan to execute the changes. Realizes promotions from creation to completion.
• Drives forward the currently identified marketing channels.
• Manages conceptualization and ex*****on of all in-store marketing including signage, in-store audio, digital, etc.
• Creates internal marketing materials, including in-store signage, ad creative, recognition pieces, newsletters, recruiting.
• Responsible for the purchase, production and implementation of company's advertising and promotional initiatives including print, radio, electronic (web, email, social network) and other forms of advertising.
• Responsible for managing Social Media Platforms and driving store use.
• Responsible for updating all concepts’ web products, content & improves user experience.
• Develops and utilizes reports, tools and systems such as market and demographic research, surveys, and in-house analytics to measure and quantify the effectiveness of all marketing activities and the ROI.
• Regularly reviews and interprets reports generated by Point of Sale system to measure and quantify the effectiveness of marketing activities on a regular basis.
• Develops the internal brand strategy for growing channels that are not in use currently.
• Manages all local OUAC, Inc. marketing relationships at the location level.
• Supervises and develops in house marketing support team.
• Directs and manages relationships with key vendors including ad agencies, public relations agencies, research firms, production printers, SEO firms, web/electronic marketing services and others as needed to accomplish marketing goals.
• Understands customer conversion not only from a digital perspective but from an internal conversation of one brand customer to another.
• Understands and is proficient in full digital marketing toolbox including but not limited to Web, search, social, S.E.O. e mail marketing.
• Brings a more local approach to consumer marketing.
• As a subject matter expert communicates with OUAC Inc. leadership, the effort and the impact of current marketing platforms.
• Shows a clear understanding and becomes brand expert for the OUAC Inc . brands and customer base.
Position Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Public Relations or Communications or equivalent work experience required.
• 5+ years of demonstrated full-lifecycle ownership of marketing strategy development and ex*****on with cross team and cross discipline ex*****on, either directly or as an organizational leader.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or Spark tools.
• Social Media Management Tool or Social Media Community Manager experience.
• Prior experience using Google Analytics or similar data analysis tool.
• Prior CMS Experience a plus.
• Prior Paid Media experience a plus.
• Understands analytics of marketing campaigns. Ability to demonstrate ROI and KPI.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on communicating marketing and brand requirements and solutions to internal and external audiences.
• Exceptional leadership skills; naturally collaborative and able to work directly with a team as well as cross functionally without direct managerial authority.
• Ability to work independently with little direction.
