We're shaking things up a little this month and providing a little extra love, support, and hope to those who need a second chance.
For the month of August, we are restricting grant applications to those who have attempted and failed at least one IVF cycle. The IVF cycle could have taken place at CNY Fertility or another facility though we do require proof.
As always, our August grant will include:

All you need to do to apply is fill out the short application at https://www.cnyfertility.com/grant-application/
The application period closes on August 30th, 2022, at 11:59 PM PST.
The recipient must be in good financial standing with CNY Fertility. The recipient may have an open payment plan, but must show a history of full and timely payments.
Even if you submitted an application for a previous month's giveaway, you need to re-submit one for July.
One application per couple (if applicable).
All gifts must be redeemed within one year of the grant closing.
You must not have insurance coverage for anticipated treatment.
The recipient will be contacted within the first week of August.
