Job Title: Lucky Dog Thrift Store Associate
Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Second-Hand Store Associate to join the Lucky Dog Thrift Store Team. In this role, you will assist customers, manage inventory, and help create a welcoming environment for shoppers. If you enjoy working with unique and vintage items, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a positive shopping experience, we would love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Process transactions, returns, and exchanges using a point-of-sale system.
• Assist in inventory management, including receiving and stocking items.
• Ensure items meet store standards for resale.
Requirements:
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Attention to detail for pricing and product selection.
• Passion for sustainability and second-hand shopping.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise.
• Must be able to work some weekends.
