When ordering you will have the option to use a personal design or I will create a custom design for you for a small fee.
The turn around time for orders is 5 business days. Any order requested after that may require a rush fee or may not be guaranteed. 💖

Banner Policy and Process✨

1.Orders should be placed 5 days prior to the desired pickup date. Example: If you want to pick up your order on Friday for a Saturday event, the order must be placed by Monday morning. Late orders may require a rush fee or can’t be guaranteed.
2.Email [email protected] to place your order. Please include all details and questions.
3.The design fee must be paid before designs are completed. A proof will be emailed before printing begins, giving you the opportunity to review and request any corrections or changes. Once the banner has been printed, no changes can be made.
4.The full balance of your invoice must be paid before your order can be completed.
5.Once design approval and full payment are received, your order will be added to the print queue in the order the orders are placed.
6.All orders are final sale once completed. No refunds or exchanges will be provided.

Forms of payment:
1. Apple Pay
2. Square invoice
3. Cash App

Please remember I am just starting off and still working out the details so some things may change but you will be notified. I also am located in Cottonwood so I will have a set meet up spot in Dothan for drop off. I can deliver, if you’re interested in delivery I will send you those prices.
