We are excited to share that we are officially one month into the construction process! Lotus Grove is a large mixed-use redevelopment project located in Doraville, Georgia along Buford Highway, and will feature 95,000 square feet of retail, office space and a food hall, as well as a hotel and multifamily. With eight months of site work ahead of us, Lotus Grove is anticipated to be completed by February 2025. We are thrilled to announce the arrival of Lotus Grove in Doraville. This project is under construction near Interstate 285. The development will include a five-story hotel, 350 apartments, and a mix of roughly 115,000 square feet of offices, retail, and restaurants.
