A refreshed retail experience is now welcoming guests aboard Virgin Voyages’ Valiant Lady. ✨

Following the ship’s recent dry dock, Starboard Group has unveiled a series of retail enhancements designed to elevate discovery and engagement at sea, including the introduction of the first-ever Pandora boutique aboard a Virgin Voyages ship and an expanded TAG Heuer boutique experience.

These new spaces reflect our continued focus on creating immersive brand environments that bring together exceptional products, compelling storytelling, and memorable guest experiences. From fine jewelry to Swiss watches, each boutique has been thoughtfully designed to inspire exploration and celebrate the brands guests love.

Insightful discussions on Day 2 of in Barcelona 🌊

Starboard Group President & CEO Lisa Bauer joined fellow industry leaders for the keynote panel, Charting the Course: Cruise Retail’s Outlook for 2026 and Beyond, exploring the trends, opportunities, and priorities shaping the future of cruise retail and vacation retail experiences.

During the discussion, Lisa highlighted several themes driving Starboard’s strategy, including a continued focus on talent development, the growing guest demand for authentic destination-driven products, and the enduring appeal of cruise line-branded merchandise.

As Lisa shared, “We are maniacally focused on developing our talent. At Starboard, our people and our culture are our number one priority.” She also noted that “guests truly want destination product—authentic, artisanal items that originate in the ports or regions they travel to,” while emphasizing that cruise line-branded merchandise continues to be a meaningful way for guests to celebrate and remember their journeys.
