Hi, friends! 👋
I've been holding interviews with women between the ages of 35-60 who think/suspect/know they are in peri/menopause, and, wow. TBH, the women are not okay. Every woman I've spoken to has such a unique story and different symptoms, but every single one of them has spoken about feeling "completely unprepared", "blind-sighted", or "shocked" by what their bodies are going through.

Are YOU a person who thinks/suspects/knows that you're in peri/menopause? I'm posting here because I'm hoping to conduct at least 40 more interviews in the next 8 weeks, and Facebook is where people in this age bracket hang out 😂😅❤.
